Cambridge Diet

Jill Sudbury

Jill Sudbury and Dr Alan HowardEating a healthy, balanced diet and increasing your activity levels is sensible advice, but this does not always help those who are already overweight. Nor has it stopped the overall increase in weight throughout the population. The latest government figures show that over half the adults in the UK are now classified as overweight, whilst nearly a fifth are classified as obese. Most people need a more practical level of help and support.

The Cambridge Diet has been used successfully for more than 20years by more than 20 million people worldwide. The diet is used as the foundation for a range of programmes at different calorie levels. The Cambridge diet Sole Source Programmes provide the full range of vitamins and minerals required every day in a formula which is very low calorie and available as soups, shakes and bars.

Jill Sudbury with Dr Alan Howard,
founder of Cambridge Nutrition.

There are six steps in the Cambridge Health & Weight Plan. Your counsellor will advise you at which step to start.

Once you have reached your desired weight you will gradually move up step by step to stabilize and then maintain your weight.

Cambridge Health & Weight Plan has been offering a solution since 1984, incorporating the three key ingredients which make the difference.

A flexible range of programmes for weight management

Nutritionally balanced formula food

Support and motivation from an accredited Cambridge Counsellor

Once you have decided to help yourself to be healthy, happy and feel good, you will have a session with your counselor who will take notes, weigh you, take your BMi and understand you as an individual. The relationship with your counsellor makes a huge difference to your success. You will then opt for the most appropriate programme to best suit your needs and you will be followed up regularly .

Jill Sudbury has successfully used the diet in the 80's and again six years ago when she was so pleased with the results that she became a Counsellor. She has helped hundreds of people both men and women to feel fabulous and believes that feeling good about yourself is the best treatment for confidence, relationships and happiness. Jill is a counselor and hypnotherapist and able to help with deeper issues, however, the practical and emotional support she can give with the Cambridge is second to none!

To see the radiant smile of someone who is so pleased with their own body, mind and soul is so rewarding and inspiring.

Jill runs a Cambridge Clinic every Thursday afternoon at The Wellbeing Clinic. She can also see people at other times by arrangement.

A recent article at Times Online ~ Do 'very low calorie' milkshake diets work, and are they safe? ~ this will open in a new window.

"Well, as you know I am nearly 3 weeks in and already lost over a stone! But more than loosing the weight, I am feeling fantastic. and far more healthy and energetic than I can remember for years!!

I have had lots of positive comments from people not only about my physical appearance, but also about my renewed vice for life!

Here's looking forward to the next stone coming off!!" ~ Simon
