I first discovered Biodynamic Therapy 5 years ago, when a painful shoulder condition persisted despite months of treatment with other forms of bodywork.
Fascinated by the theory and impressed by the effects of this way of working, I applied to study Biodynamic Massage and Psychotherapy myself and I began training at the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy (LSBP) in 2005.
I have now completed my 4 year training and am fully qualifed to offer Biodynamic Massage Therapy.
After completing extended case study work I will also be a fully qualified Biodynamic Body Psychotherapist. Until then I am offering low-cost sessions to case study clients.
I live in Marlborough with my family and combine part-time work locally with travel to London and Wales for my continuing training and personal development.
I still receive Biodynamic Therapy regularly, and it makes an important contribution to my own sense of comfort and well-being.

My client was having a series of massage treatments, but one day she groaned as I touched her shoulder. "There is a deep pain here", she said. Maintaining gentle contact, I invited her to explore what the pain might signify beyond the obvious physical discomfort. "I have shouldered the blame for too long." she sobbed. She related how her parents had unfairly blamed her for something outside her control, long ago. Forced to take the blame as a child, she had carried it deep in her shoulder ever since. Now, as an adult, she understood that she was not to blame, and could at last unburden herself. As I massaged her shoulder again, she was able to relax more fully. She left the session feeling lighter and free of pain.
