Isla Baliszewska

Isla holds NCFE qualifications in life and performance coaching and is a registered SFEDI Business Mentor and Advisor. She is a mentor for GWE Business Link Wiltshire and for Cirencester College Academy scheme.

She became interested in coaching while working in a business environment and found it invaluable as a tool to help with decision making and to explore motivations for performance. Isla works with individuals on a personal level to raise awareness, identify goals and facilitate changes. She will provide a tailored coaching program for personal and career needs. Isla is also available for mentoring for small businesses and for young people.
