Jill Sudbury

Jill Sudbury is a reflexologist and reiki healer who draws on her skills as a counsellor and hypnotherapist in order to combine a true balance of body, mind and spirit. She believes in working with the client to promote health and wellbeing on different levels from deep relaxation, the ease of physical discomfort, release of negativity, to personal growth and self development.

Jill has worked previously in general and psychiatric nursing and has extensive experience in working with individuals and groups. She would be pleased to work with you in the way that is just right for you. She creates a safe and supportive environment to facilitate the changes that you want in your life. Individuals, couples, families and children are all welcome.

Reiki Healing: A wonderful hour of relaxation in a supportive environment. Whether you are depressed, physically unwell or just need to relax, reiki is a wonderful experience. It helps you to remember your true essence. Jill has been giving reiki healing for many years and has many regular clients.

Trans Reiki: Combining reiki with visualisation to make changes and resolve issues. Useful if you need reassurance, boost self esteem and need guidance. Or you can learn these techniques if you are already a reiki healer and wish to expand your knowlege and skills.

Reiki Timelines: Going back to the past to resolve and heal and forward to the future to create a positive outcome. This is used with reiki healing to support you whilst letting go of old wounds and manifesting a future full of potential.

Theta Healing: Jill is an advanced practitioner in Theta which helps the client to free themselves from negative emotions and beliefs. It can help you to identify and replace unconscious beliefs which are causing negativity, emotional distress and holding the client back from living a full positive life. This can be combined with a reiki healing and is a powerful facilitator of changs.

Reflexology: A wonderful treatment on the feet which can relax you and allow you to spend valuable time for you. Helps ease many conditions, including any stress related problems to physical balance. It helps the body to heal itself and gives you some valuable time for reflexion. Your feet will be grateful too!

Cranio Sacral Reflexology: A wonderful treatment that is particulary effective on the neurological system. Can treat any problem from stress, circulation, addiction and neurolgical issues. Also good with infertility and pregnancy. Can help circulation and lymphatic drainage in all conditions.

Counselling & Couples Counselling: The syle of counselling uses hypnotherapy or light trance work, N.L.P. and many other schools to find which is right for you. Jill will work with you in a relaxed way to help you to resolve problems and move forward in a positive way. Jill has worked with couples for some years and has trained in systems Family Therapy at the Family Institute, Cardiff. she has also worked with the bereaved, depressed, anxious and those wanting to withraw from addictions.

Rejuvance: A gentle and effective technique that rejuvenates your face, and is deeply relaxing for both mind and body. It helps to release muscle tension, restore elasticity, smooth wrinkles and clear fine lines, as well as leaving you with a great sense of inner well-being.
