"Sometimes, life can feel very difficult and it can be hard to see the path ahead. Life events, such as bereavement, relationship problems, violence and loss can feel overwhelming. Often, it’s not easy to know why we have negative feelings – feelings such as loneliness, isolation, lack of self worth, sadness; a sense of feeling lost. Friends and family can be supportive but maybe it’s hard to really say what is troubling you because you are worried about the effect that might have on them or maybe you are just unsure what these feelings are about. I will provide you with a confidential and safe space in which to explore these feelings in a supportive, non-judgemental way and work alongside you to look at what is happening in your life."
Una is a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adheres to their code of ethics.
